The Barlow Family Foundation (BFF), the philanthropic arm of the Iowa Falls State Bank, is offering the 9th year of the Community Challenge, this time from October 12 – 26th.

            The Community Challenge is a two-week fundraising event wherein selected area non-profit organizations are awarded matching funds for any fundraising efforts they undertake, up to a pre-determined project goal.  Last year’s Community Challenge raised a total of $ 148,772 for six area organizations.

            The purpose of the Challenge is to invigorate organizations, create a broader base for their operations, and lend the support of the Iowa Falls State Bank to new projects.  "We want the Community Challenge to be an opportunity for these organizations to Dream Big and accomplish a goal which would normally be beyond their reach," said Pam Barlow Angstman, BFF chairman.

Documents and Deadlines 2022

Applications are due on August 1, 2022.

Presentations to the BFF board are required for the final round of applications. Date TBA.

Challenge runs from October 12 through October 26, 2022.
